Mistyatlasx is a local business based on Kenyatta Street in Kitale, Trans-Nzoia County, Kenya. We are not a law firm, a financial institution, or a licensed government agency. We are a small, hands-on team that understands local processes and uses that knowledge to save our clients time and unnecessary frustration. Since opening in 2017, we have assisted over four hundred clients across Trans-Nzoia County, building a word-of-mouth reputation that continues to grow. Our office is calm and unhurried — decorated in the cool, deep indigo tones that define our brand — because we believe good advice should never feel rushed. Every client who comes through our door is heard fully before we suggest a course of action.
How We Work — and Where We Draw the Line
Our working method is straightforward. When you come to us with a request, we ask the right questions, give you an honest assessment of what is achievable and how long it will take, and agree on a clear fee before any work begins. We do not take on tasks we cannot handle competently — for instance, we do not provide licensed legal representation, medical advice, or financial planning services. For complex specialist matters, we will point you towards the appropriate professional in Kitale or Eldoret rather than attempt something outside our expertise. We also cannot guarantee the decisions of third parties such as government offices, courts, or independent suppliers, and we are always transparent about that limit upfront. What you can rely on is a team that shows up, follows through, and keeps you informed throughout. We serve clients mainly within Trans-Nzoia County, with occasional assistance for those based as far as Eldoret. Our team of four staff members speaks English and Swahili, and we are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday mornings until 2 p.m.
